Complaints Procedure

Whilst it is our objective to provide an excellent service, we understand that occasionally, expectations are not met. In these circumstances we ask that you contact the Managing Partner, Greg Powell directly.

In circumstances where you may feel that the compliant has not been addressed correctly, there is an independent body who will investigate the matter and review our service. Contact can be made via The Legal Ombudsman website.

There is a general expectation that any complaint is made within six months and we advise you to consult The Legal Ombudsman website for more details.
