A partner between 1984 and 2011, John is now a consultant to PSP and has, in the last decade built an enviable reputation as a Clinical Negligence litigator. John brings to that work excellent analytical skills, thoroughness and outstanding judgement.

John has been a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel since 1993 and the Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme since 1999 and is a Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). In August 2010 John was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Civil).

At work, John believes in providing an exceptional service to every client and that this should be central to the firms’ ethos. He is currently managing a number of multi-million pound claims. Notable past successes have included the litigation which arose from the negligence of a mountain guide which caused the tragic death of a climber and the successful pursuit of damages following the negligent treatment of the wife of a past Formula 1 racing driver.
