The failing criminal justice system
Our client was arrested in February 2023 and his case was listed a second time for trial on 13 April 2026, having waited over three years to establish his innocence the case could not proceed because of a lack of court time and the absence of a prosecutor! A brilliant result in a Proceeds of Crime (POCA) case where the prosecution alleged our client had hidden assets.
