Our specialist team of immigration solicitors can advise and assist on the EEA application process.

How We Can Help You

If you’re an EEA or Swiss national you can apply for a residence document for a 5 year period or for a document certifying permanent residence in the United Kingdom, once you have completed your 5 years and can show that you exercised your Treaty Rights by for example – working or studying. As we leave the European Union, the Home Office have introduced a new scheme in which you will be granted either settled status or pre-settled status.

Funding

Legal aid is available for individuals facing Extradition. Where legal aid is not available we can represent you on a reasonable private basis which includes a fixed fee arrangement.

"Patient, Tolerant and Available"

Sonia, I would like to thank you for the patient and persevering professionalism with which you have handled our case. We were extremely fortunate to have found you as our solicitor. I like the manner with which you clearly outlined our legal case, and how you were always patient, tolerant, and available and ready to address each and every concern we might have.

Mr O

"Sonia went the extra mile"

Sonia went the extra mile by keeping me up to date with the visa process even on days/hours she was not due to work. Sonia made an extremely daunting process a lot easier to go through. I would highly recommend Sonia Dass to anyone going through any visa/immigration process.

"Professional Throughout"

It was your determination and the content of letters that you wrote that we managed to secure it; and the whole process only took 3 months. You were positive, professional throughout and a joy to work with and I have no hesitation in working with you again should the need arise.

Shawn Smith
