Child Abduction

We advise and represent parents, both applicants and respondents, on all legal issues relating to international movement of children and child abduction.

We can provide specialist advice on a range of matters including; child abduction proceedings, wardship and inherent jurisdiction proceedings as well as the enforcement of parental responsibility or Child Arrangement Orders made overseas.

Funding

Legal aid is available in child abduction proceedings. We can advise, free of charge, on whether you will qualify for legal aid and where legal aid is not available we can represent you on a reasonable private basis which can include a fixed fee arrangement.
