Road Traffic Accidents
If you or somebody close has been involved in a road traffic accident, we can help you to get compensation, and often rehabilitation, for the injuries sustained. Over the years we have helped hundreds of people make their claim following a road accident.
How We Can Help You
— Car Accident Claims
— Passenger Claims
— Whiplash Claims
— Motor Accidents while at work
— Pedestrian Accident Claims
— Cycling Accident Claims
— Motorbike Accident Claims
— Uninsured and Untraced Drivers’ Claims (MIB – Motor Insurance Bureau)
Our initial consultations are free and enable us to gather the information that we require to decide whether you have a claim with good prospects of success.
It is important to contact us as soon as possible after your accident. You may be contacted by an insurance company attempting to settle your claim directly at potentially a great loss to you. Our advice is to always contact us immediately if you have this experience.
The limitation date (the last date on which you can take legal action against the guilty driver) is usually on the 3rd anniversary of the accident. There are some exceptions to this which we can explain if relevant. Some simple cases may settle in a few months, whereas more complex cases will take longer.
Funding
We run the vast majority of Road Traffic Accident Claims on a No Win No Fee basis. That means you don’t pay anything upfront, and, in the vast majority of cases, there is nothing to pay if your claim is unsuccessful. If your claim succeeds, your opponent pays most of your legal fees, with anything outstanding (usually only an agreed success fee) coming out of your compensation.
