Our specialist team of immigration solicitors can advise you on the specific requirements and assist with visa applications for your loved ones.

How We Can Help You

If you are living in the United Kingdom you can apply for your partner or spouse to join you. You need to be earning a certain amount, or have enough savings, in order to bring your partner to the United Kingdom to live. This is called ‘meeting the financial requirement’. You also need to meet other specific requirements set out in the Immigration Rules.

Funding

We can represent you on a reasonable private basis which includes a fixed fee arrangement.

"Patient, Tolerant and Available"

Sonia, I would like to thank you for the patient and persevering professionalism with which you have handled our case. We were extremely fortunate to have found you as our solicitor. I like the manner with which you clearly outlined our legal case, and how you were always patient, tolerant, and available and ready to address each and every concern we might have.

Mr O

"Sonia went the extra mile"

Sonia went the extra mile by keeping me up to date with the visa process even on days/hours she was not due to work. Sonia made an extremely daunting process a lot easier to go through. I would highly recommend Sonia Dass to anyone going through any visa/immigration process.

"Professional Throughout"

It was your determination and the content of letters that you wrote that we managed to secure it; and the whole process only took 3 months. You were positive, professional throughout and a joy to work with and I have no hesitation in working with you again should the need arise.

Shawn Smith
