Cases can have mixed results and still be judged to have successful outcomes. Greg Powell instructed Gilly Jones QC of Red Lion chambers and Minka Braun of Garden Court in a complex large scale drug supply and money laundering conspiracy. Our client pleaded guilty to just one count of the indictment on an agreed basis to money laundering. The client avoided the risk of being entangled in the sentences for a major drug conspiracy where the main conspirators may face very long sentences indeed.
