We were delighted to achieve a great result for our client charged with conspiracy to burgle. Excellent work by his barrister Michelle Harris of One Pump Court who successfully persuaded the judge at Maidstone Crown Court to exclude the weak CCTV and other identification evidence on which the prosecution relied.
